[Temperature Check] Mint remaining SFI to clarify max supply

Summary
Mint the final ~7,877.4981 SFI, the entire outstanding amount, up to the SFI contract’s hard cap into a newly-deployed multisig treasury. After execution:

SFI.totalSupply() reaches 99,999.99999… SFI (one wei short of
MAX_TOKENS) -
mint_SFI() becomes permanently uncallable

The DAO owns the only remaining unminted supply, held in a multisig
-
Token information sites (CoinMarketCap, Etherscan, etc.) will have unified data on the SFI token
-
No spending is authorized by this proposal, future use of the treasury requires a separate DAO vote
Every SFI that will ever exist exists after this proposal passes.
Rationale
Removing ambiguity across data sites. The current information regarding max supply on CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, Etherscan, and 100+ other data sites is fragmented and confusing. These sites normally track circulating supply, max supply, and total supply differently. This proposal will ensure that all sources report total_supply == max_supply in every case, with concrete onchain evidence.
Proposed actions
These actions will be taken by SFI governance directly on the SFI contract once this proposal is passed.
A. Deploy the Treasury multisig

B. Mint SFI to its exact cap
Called by the current SFI_minter. Exactly 7,877.498150781197521640 SFI will be minted, specifically, 7877498150781197521640 wei of ERC20 SFI tokens.
C. Renounce minting authority
Called by governance (0x2885…55ea):
